Modes of Transport in Fairy Tales

So, I think I asked this a long time ago on Facebook, but its buried underneath a sea of posts at this point.  Help me think of the different means by which characters travel from the ordinary world to the world of wonder.  For example:

Narnia - The Wardrobe
Oz - Cyclone
Mary Poppins - went through the picture frame
